Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Our products ship from our partner warehouses. Estimated delivery is about 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. During peak season (November–December) delivery can take a few days longer, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or of delivery for damaged items) with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
